Remote Monitoring
Included in the purchase of any high speed data network from BNI,
is a one year warranty and one year of gold level support from our
Network Operations Center. Additional terms of Gold and Silver level
support may be purchased at a substantial discount for periods of
two, three, and five years. Additional terms of warranty may also
be purchased for periods of up to three years.

Gold Support
Gold Support is designed to provide the customer with a comprehensive
set of support services that will allow BNI full remote monitoring and
maintenance of networks on a 24X7 basis. Includes the following:
- Remote Monitoring of Networks and PowerPlay System - Daily checks
of all Networks and PowerPlay units to proactively solve problems before
they occur.
- Remote Control of all Networks and PowerPlay Equipment - BNI can set-up
conferences, control cameras. Everything that can be done locally, BNI
can do remotely to help answer questions and solve problems.
- Remote Administration of Networks and PowerPlay System - Validate
and change passwords, user names to help manage network access and usage.
- Complete Remote Rebuilds of PowerPlay Stations and Gateways - If a
serious problem does occur, BNI can remotely send a new image to the
computer. Very important in dealing with customer inflicted problems
on a real time basis.
- Unlimited Calling of BNI NOC - Trained technicians available for technical
and end user support.
- 24 X 7 Management - Trained technicians on-call and available 24 hours
per day 7 days a week at no extra charge to the customer.
Silver Support
Silver support is designed to provide the customer with basic
support services to help resolve problems. Includes the following:
- Unlimited Calling of BNI NOC - Trained technicians available for technical
and end user support.
- 24 X 7 Management - Trained technicians on-call and available 24 hours
per day 7 days a week at no extra charge to the customer.
Per Call Basis
Hourly blocks of support time can be purchased on an
as needed basis.
Warranty
A one year warranty is provided at no charge with the purchase of
a high speed data network. BNI warrants its products to be free from original
defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the company's terms
and conditions sheet (available upon request). Additional warranty periods
are available for two and three years.
Customers
BNI's network monitoring service is also available for existing networks
that BNI did not design and install. Quotations for the monitoring of
such networks can be provided upon request.
